Hah, I just noticed the picture used in the "Technical Support" Header it looks like a tombstone... I am sorry, but that suggests death to me, not the wonderfully lively community that comes to mind when I think of WDC.
Maybe we should use an image that is more festive than one suggestive of a visit to a cemetery. Of course, that is assuming visiting the technical pages isn't supposed to provide a feeling of dread and imminent death.
But then my perception could just be that it's overcast and dreary here today.
