WDC has the site beginners tutorial here: Get Started With Your Account from Writing.Com 101 . The site handbook is "Writing.Com 101" , which has its own search function. If you still have how to use the site questions after that, you can post them in "Technical Support Forum" .

One of the names for that is deep third person point of view.

There are books focused on point of view, such as The Power of Point of View.
There are also resource books for writing emotions, such as The Emotion Thesaurus.

Online, google "deep point of view" or "deep POV" to find blog articles on that topic.
