Beginning like I did long ago

*Dollar* 100 GPs were sent to Writing.Com Support with this post.
I have 4 projects on a flash drive that I haven't finished, yet I got an urge to start a new one about 2 weeks ago. Is there a name for this type of behavior? If so, I don't mined knowing. *FacePalm* The thing I'm doing differently is I started with a blank document and just started typing away on it without any character sketches, scene summaries, or even a plot of any sort. The first project I did six years ago I started like this. Does anyone here begin like their projects this way? *Geek*
