When you are viewing the specific email page, the Source button is at the upper right next to the printer icon in the header area:
#.## kb · Headers · Source *Left*· *Printer*


You can always view and respond to your incoming reviews by going to your Reviews tab and clicking on Reviews: Received in the tool area at the upper left of the header.

Requests: Incoming | Outgoing · Ratings: Received | Given · Stats
Reviews: Pending Response | Received *Left* | Given · Review Tool

The StoryMaster -- note that this error message's text doesn't match the text on the site.
