The Pressure is on. In just over a week, we receive confirmation of selling our condo. And then we’ve got eight weeks to pack up and make arrangements to move cross country. I’m feeling the stress of it. And that means staying on target in daily organization and hanging on to sanity savers. Daily sanity keepers to stick to daily: Yoga Walk outside Pedal stationary bike Meditative reading Other: Use crop share produce and foods in cupboard and freezer in daily meal preparation, as in: Take protein out of the freezer every evening like: -cheese -tempeh -bean burgers etc. Keep up with daily email. Work on clearing out desk, closets, cupboards etc of all that we will not be taking with us. (A good opportunity to put Marie Kondo’s concept to work) Spent at least an hour a day on it, and find homes for the useable items. (Not quite Marie Kondo’s way. Yet needs to be adapted in keeping with my present physical limitations). Check the list daily. Update on ‘goals’ at week’s end. And in those little moments of needing a break from this routine, reveiw 1 - 5 writings this week. Mia |
