Memory is a funny thing, and I wouldn't be surprised if I did misremember how it came about. But, to be clear, my memory is that making Will a Kenandandran was a kind of retcon. Will had been able to manipulate sigils before I made that determination, and that had been a puzzle to me. Eventually I realized that by making him a Kenandandran I could give it a kind of explanation. What I really don't remember is when and where I made that decision.
