So, within the last like, three-ish years I've discovered poetry.

Which, feels kinda dumb because we were taught poetry as kids, but it wasnt the same.

Anyway, now that I've kinda figured out how writing poetry works it's like magic.

Poetry is witchcraft and I cannot be convinced otherwise. Like, the amount of things I didn't not realize before are astounding. The way poetry just kinda starts dripping from your head once you get into it. The way styles and rhymes work, different rhythms and break patterns it's just !!!!!!!! And nobody around me seems to get it which like, I understand because I didn't either but now I'm just so over excited over this and want to excitedly shriek about how absolutely un-understandable writing poetry is with someone who gets it!
