You need to click the < in the upper-left corner of their verification section to go back and change it.

Here's a screenshot with that circled:



Clicking that will move their system back to the credit card entry screen where you can re-enter all of your information.

If that doesn't work for you, a second option might be to try clearing your cookies for Stripe.Com ...
OR try using a different web browser.
