The site is smart. It knows who's looking at the page and connects that drop menu in a C-note page to that person's GP options. The same thing happens in the area under a Forum post for sending GPs. There are also entries in "Writing.Com 101"  that will have your username or user link in the text when you look at that entry, like this one: Referred Member Tracking from Writing.Com 101.

So when you look at the C-note shop, you can pay the fee and send a c-note, and when someone else looks at the C-note shop, they can pay the fee and send a c-note.
