I believe an error occurred on a recent purchase of mine. On September 7th, during the Birthday Celebrations, I purchased a Premium Membership (with Gift Points) in order to extend my current Premium Membership, which was still good until November of 2020. I received the P.M. and now it’s good until November, 2021, but I didn’t receive the 10% discount. I was also wondering why the 2 months I still had on my original P.M. wasn’t added to the new one since I bought it early.
Any help would be appreciated.
