UPDATE on Deadlines and week of 9/28
by Ned Author IconMail Icon
1. Continue with the goal of at least one review per day. MISSED A COUPLE, DID TWO TODAY
2. Keep up with the Express it in Eight activity because it forces me to work quickly . DONE
3. Try for a couple of 24 Syllables entries, 2 out of 3 would be okay ONLY DID ONE UPDATE- ENTERED MONDAY AND FRIDAY _ WON MONDAY
4. Some goals have short deadlines - try to find an idea for the Quotation contest but only if I can write it by the deadline of Sept 30 - I didn’t end up doing this contest but I wrote short stories for two other contests by Sept 30 DID NOT ENTER- ENTERED 2 OTHER CONTESTS
5. Complete another catch up entry for The Contest Challenge - I wrote two catch up entries and all caught up for 2020 through September COMPLETED TWO FOR ONE YEAR STRAIGHT COMPLETED
6. Promptly Poetry for this week NOT DONE YET
7. Write some actual poetry for no reason at all except it wants to be written (this is contingent on having actual brain activity and so is not a goal chiseled in stone, more like written by a finger on the condensation on the passenger window of the car with a smiley face after it. DECIDED THIS WORKED TOGETHER WITH EXPRESS IT IN EIGHT AND WENT OFF INTO POETRY FOR NO REASON

Overall it was a pretty good week. A bit exhausting with doing two contests. A little disappointing when I realized that a poem I wrote for a contest last month never got entered. Need to work on double checking entries because that was really careless of me.
