Goals: Family Emergency Week (Oct 12-16)

- Write my weekly "Promptly Poetry Challenge (2025-2026)" Open in new Window. poem - week 20
- Check in with my "Habit Heroes " Open in new Window. at least 3 times
- Enter at least one WDC contest
- Provide emotional support (via phone calls) for family member who is in hospital and hopefully will stabilize enough to go to rehab
- Follow CDC guidelines for covid-19 prevention to best ability
- Find my wrist brace or buy a new one
- Call elderly family members on quarantine/isolation
