It still shows to me. And the Hub page was created by the site in 1.88 seconds, per the info given at the very bottom of most site pages. That's pretty good for the time. If a typical page shows it was created in under 6 seconds but takes significantly longer to load, the problem is either slow internet or slow computer on your end.

Did you check that the Review Requests tile on the Hub is not just closed and/or located somewhere else on the page? Those tiles can be opened/closed and dragged around, so sometimes things happen by accident.
