Interesting... It's showing for me without problem.

I'll tack this to the bug list and as time allows, I'll see if I can sort out the issue.

In the meantime, "Please Review"  is and has been linked as "Please Review" in the "Community" menu which provides full access to all of the current requests in the In & Out.
