No, there's no utility for that, but you can save a copy.
The fastest method is to use View Reviews in the Item Tools menu (click the gear icon at the upper right of the item) and use the right-click Save As browser option for each page of the review listing to save the whole page as an HTML-only webpage on your computer. Each page of the listing would need to be saved separately.
Note that if a review has used dropnotes, those must all be opened BEFORE using the Save As option. The fastest method to check this is to use browser find on the down arrow of a dropnote▼
, which you can copy/paste to the find search field.
If you're interested in just recently received reviews, you might prefer to save the most recent pages of your Received Reviews in your Reviews tab.
