To update your personal information, you will need to enter your password.
That page is working normally for me with and without a password manager. That error does come up if you enter the wrong password. Note that passwords are case sensitive.
If you don't know your password and need to reset it, make sure you have access to the offsite email listed on that page and then use this:
Afterward be sure to make a secure record of your password and update your password manager if you use one, on all your devices.
However, if you're just trying to change your handle, you can do that in the left nav menu at My Account/Change Handle. No password required.
