If you like that period of European history you'd probably love a manga called Gunka no Baltzar  . It's an alternate version of Europe so all the countries are more equivalents (i.e. the main character's country of Weißen being equivalent to Prussia) but if you like that period then you'd probably enjoy it as it features military stuff, of course, but a heavy political focus, class tensions, revolutionary secret societies, the tension between tradition and new ideas and technologies and all the other hallmarks of that period.

I don't have one interest in particular as far as history goes but I enjoy reading and learning what I can. If I had to narrow it down to anything though then it's a few different areas.

19th century Europe in general.
American history, specifically the period from Reconstruction through to around the Depression.
Roman history with my favorite being the time period from Claudius to the assassination of Domitian.
Japanese history and specifically from the Meiji Restoration up through the present and especially post-war modern history.
