As is stated when adding a chapter, you can not remove or edit it:

*Note* You are adding to another member's Interactive Story. After submitting, the owner of this story is the only member who can edit or delete it -- this means you will not be able to edit or delete it. If any chapter in-line prior to this chapter is deleted by the story owner, all chapters following it will also be deleted, including this one. If the Interactive Story item or the author's portfolio are removed, so too will all chapters in their stories. Please keep your own backup copies of any writing you submit.


So, your request to have your name removed was accomplished for you by closing the account — which removes your name from the chapters you wrote.

With your new account, please be sure to write content that will not be embarrassing later. 👍
