I understand and it is out of date. We do provide a notation on that video just below it...

"This video was added in March 2013.
The overall site navigation was updated in May 2015.
Some of the navigation and the appearance of the navigation areas of the pages are currently different from what is shown in the video. The video continues to be available for the information that stayed the same."
