You've requested a new password a number of times already. But the password reset link can only be emailed to the email address in your account on Writing.Com.

It seems clear that your email address is different and you never took the time to let Writing.Com's site know you had a different email address. Due to this, you can't simply get the link via email ... unless you can access the old account.

I will email you instructions for have the email address updated on the old account.
