The site is much faster now on all devices. To answer your questions: Your computer/browser -- What you can do: check for malware/viruses, defrag your hard drive (and other general maintenance), clear your browser cache and temp files (restarting your mobile does this type of maintenance), and reboot computer and browser. I've rebooted my laptop several times with the same results. No, my laptop does not have any virus. I'm quite positive it's the site. Your local internet provider -- you could call them and ask. I had issues with internet before. This is not it. This -- Sometimes, when I load a page, it says server down or I get a frown but when I reload the page, it's okay so I ignore it. -- is probably the server you connect to first = your provider. If it's the site server, the message is different, something like the site isn't available. I'm not the only one facing this issue. I can't remember the exact words on the page. Certain times of day the site servers will be busier -- such as when the newsletters are being sent out (some of which happened this morning between 2am and 8am site time), and during daily maintenance (usually between 2am and 7am, roughly). While page loads can be a bit slower during this time, it's more likely to show up as delays in making forum posts, reviews, and new items/edits available, but they're usually available within 5-10 minutes.
