Your correct username is frabjous

Be sure you are actually typing in the correct username - if you do not, the account will not be found.

Per our last correspondence, the email address for your correct account is correct on file. So yes, you can use the forgotten password link and the correct username to generate a new password link. Just log out of your “new” account and where you login, click the forgotten password link.
