Sadly, I have been blocked by a member on WdC. The system will NOT allow me to like that person's forum posts and such but it did just allow me to fan them.

I have let The StoryMaster Author Icon know about it and left them fanned for now so he will be able to see what happened.

I can tell you, when a person is blocked, they do not have access to your port or items. They also cannot see any comments you post on Newfeed--neither comments nor replies.

They can view public items in your port when they are logged out of WdC.

I wish I did not know this from personal experience but at least I can answer your question. *Frown*
