Thanks for reporting this as it had not been reported before. As noted elsewhere in this thread, a member's handle display (which includes the fan/favorite icon) is not hidden and as it turns out, the blocking system was being ignored by the fan/favorite action.

This has been corrected and going forward, blocked members are not able to fan or favorite those who have blocked them.
