I apologize if you submitted a year ago and it was missed by me, as a very literal "mom and pop shop", I'm the only one who deals with such things. For many people, including myself, the past year has been a challenge. As a father dealing with young children during covid, it's not easy keeping up and while it seems like forever ago, last Spring was an especially difficult time. I understand the importance of the issue to you and I would have been happy to have provided the same guidance at the time had I noted the complaint when it came in. But to be clear, you're coming to Writing.Com to complain about activities outside of Writing.Com by a person who Writing.Com can not control -- something which I could not assist with then, or now.

As for the legal terms, I'm fully sure you are not using them lightly and I do fully expect you'll get fine and accurate advice from proper legal counsel on the best way to proceed in your attempts to contact the individual you've taken issue with. If your counsel feels Writing.Com can be of more service, as I noted, we'll be happy to comply with any valid legal request from a proper authority for information relating the party you have a complaint against.
