Seeking help and guidance

Hello everyone.
I would dearly love guidance with don't tell, show, and writing with emotion. I tend to overwrite. Any advice would be extremely valuable to me. I find this a particularly difficult area of writing; naturally being a person who bottles up emotions, it's not easy to convey that in my writing.
