You didn't ask how to have her be able to edit the contest BANK, so NO.

Does the contest bank Group item have you and her as the only members?
         No.

Does the contest bank Group item have her with a higher membership level than any of the other members (other than you)?
         No.

Then you'd have to use another Group item, OR you'd have to change her membership level so the other member is at a LOWER level than she is.

Go fix that before continuing.

Now what is her member level in the Group item you will be using?

Edit the contest item.
Open the Advanced area and scroll down to the bottom of that area.
Set the Group drop menu to the correct Group item.
Set the Group membership level number to her member level.
Save the edit.


On a FRESH PAGE LOAD after that, she should be able to see the gear icon and open the Item Tools menu on the contest page.
