Goals for the week of April 5-9th

*Yinyang* Do some light stretching each morning before logging on for work.
*Yinyang* Read and repeat my monthly goal and keep it visible while working.
*Yinyang* Self-care before plant care every day--spritz my face with rose water before spritzing my plants with distilled water.
*Yinyang* Read a little from "The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali" every day, even if it's only one page.
*Yinyang* Meditate and/or focus on my breath at least once per day for no less than five minutes.
*Yinyang* Write in my journal for at least 10 minutes before going to sleep, releasing all of my worries and frustrations onto the page so that I don't carry them with me into the next day.
