Self-care before plant care every day--spritz my face with rose water before spritzing my plants with distilled water. Read a little from "The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali" every day, even if it's only one page. Meditate and/or focus on my breath at least once per day for no less than five minutes. Write in my journal for at least 10 minutes before going to sleep, releasing all of my worries and frustrations onto the page so that I don't carry them with me into the next day.
