The error message from 05/01/21 @ 7:29EDT says: There was a problem processing your card.
When you initiate the transaction, the card processing site puts a temporary hold on your funds first to ensure that payment can be made, which is standard procedure. If that's successful, then it actually processes the charge, the temp hold is revoked, and the purchase is made.
In this case when the temp hold was made, the card failed, so the actual charge was not made, WDC was not paid, and therefore your membership purchase did not go through. In such cases, the temp hold gets taken off the account within a few days.
You can talk to your CC institution about any issues with your card and verify what they have for the account information that you enter when using the card.
