Playing the poetry police, I know your description just followed the verbiage of the original site at RainbowCommunications but: If # of lines are specified, syllable count is specified and line repetition is specified as elements of the "form" then it isn't "free verse" it is simply unrhymed. Sorry, I just had to say that.
