To do what you want to do, you must follow the step by step directions for setting up your Reviews tab in the section titled Set Up Your Reviews Tab in Review Requests from Writing.Com 101 .

If you do that properly, the request for review set-up will AUTOMATICALLY happen.
If you do not do that properly, it will not happen.

There is no alternate method of doing it.
