If you pay, it typically happens instantly. Occasionally, something goofs and I have to manually process it.
In your case, you have not yet paid due to the 4 attempted transactions being declined by your card bank.
If you need more information on the decline, it's best that you contact your credit card bank directly.
They usually provide a phone number on the back of the card, or online via their own chat services.
