That already exists.

The default listing in your Reviews tab is "part of" the Reviewers page. That listing doesn't show the author on purpose. It only shows public reviews.

The page where the author is included is the private (only you see it) Reviews Given listing, which is linked in the menu at the top of the Reviews tab:
Requests: Incoming | Outgoing · Ratings: Received | Given · Stats
Reviews: Pending Response | Received | Given · Review Tool

This listing shows both public and private reviews, and has other additional features, such as a sort/search box that can bring up all reviews sent to an author.
