Greets,

The Premium Plus tools included domain name registration and hosting. This was all discontinued some time back because it wasn't used enough and it was too hard for me to keep up with in terms of development and bugs. When we did that, we reduced the price of Premium Plus to make it more just Premium "Plus" extra space.

I thought all the references had been removed from the docs, but the docs are pretty sprawling. . I'll remove this one line linked here and if you run into anything else that mentions it, please let me know!
