Per "Re: No More "Zero Chapters" in Interactives?"   by The StoryMaster , the zero chapters are not supported.

In which case, an error occurring in such a chapter is not considered a bug.

The question would be whether the error occurs in normal chapters, but there haven't been any other reports of that.

Note that despite the wording in the message, the error condition might actually be caused by what you're putting into the text box for choice one.
