Thanks for the encouragement, Jody. I haven't started any contests, since it's still a challenge for me to complete all of the contest entries I usually create every month, including yours. I mean with reviews, contests, and books to write, it's starting to look like I'll need 10 lifetimes just to do all I want to do. This is why I'm starting to believe, that our temporal life on Earth is merely the Lord's Elementary School for the Eternal Day.
What if we're supposed to try our hands at many things on Earth in this lifetime because the Lord plans to have us perfect each of those talents throughout Eternity in His Presence. I play the piano and the tuba, but anymore, I rarely get to play either to the degree I would like. I love writing, but I sense, that there is so much more I will be able to do in an immortal body with a once-again-perfect mind. I'm learning to knit, but it's not going as fast as I would like. So many crafts, so much to paint, so many dishes to cook, so much to do, so little time, but, no doubt, that's what Eternity is for. No more Time, but all of Eternity.
Good for you still being in school. Write it when the Lord gives you the time and ability. No shame.
Blessings Always.
In Christ,
Jay (aka "Stan")
