Do I have your attention yet?

I object to having my userlink included as ticket holder #114 in "Note: Ticket holders for the [Link To Item #2135020] :...". It's been there for nearly 6 days now. I am not having fun, and I am not enjoying your raffle.

So far I have found the customer service at your raffle "Vibrant Fall Raffle"  to be completely nonexistent. I requested you to respect my wish not to participate, and you did not. You have ignored additional attempts to get your attention to request that you attend to the simple matter of deleting a username that should not have been included in the first place. Other raffle owners have not had any problems with doing this.
