If you click on your Gift Points Tab on the left column of any WDC page - an option will appear to "Shop with Gift Points." Click on that link (also below) -

https://www.writing.com/main/my_gifts/tab/shop

There you can choose to purchase a Basic (or higher) membership using your gift points. Since you have over 1 Million gift points, you could renew your Basic Membership for a year, or upgrade to an Upgraded Membership for a year.
