When we worked in Yellowstone, in reservations, we had a manager who was the wizard of Xcel. He had a spreadsheet for the work schedule of over 50 people. Egads. Never saw such a thing in all my life. There were notes on everyone, everyone was cross-referenced to someone else, notes for time-off, days off, requests for this and that. It was a work of art.
