Shadows and Light Poetry Contest

I have a free verse poem I would love to submit. But as it is free verse, I use white space and unconventional line breaks as part of the medium.

In total its is 67 line breaks, but if i were to collapse the formatting, it would likely be within the 40 lines.

Wondering if there could be a word count equivalence of your lines cap?
