Imagine your character is going for an audition and you are the judge. What would you want to know about your character to ensure he or she fits the role?

Or to put it in an easier context, make it a conversation with your friend. When you first got to know your friend, what did you want to know about him or her?

The friend scenario would be the easiest if you are just starting out.
