I think you'd make a killing! Maybe if you just limit how many jobs you took. It might even be a selling point. Post a few examples, then say that due to other projects, you're only accepting X number of videos or will only create X number of minutes of video per month or week or whatever and it's first come, first serve. Then people will be like, "OH! His stuff is really good and he's in demand, so let me try!" You know people want what they can't have.
