This should be fixed now. It was setup to apply the rule to any mail folder EXCEPT "Trash", but the definition of the trash folder changed slightly since the server move. But in reviewing the concept, the "no offsite email filter" really should have only applied to mail coming into the Inbox itself.

I did test it and it seems to have solved the issue.
