What yours is set to already: Access: No Restrictions. It's the default access setting for everything.

This access setting allows visitors to read your blog. In order to comment on your blog, they need to be logged into a WDC account. [Blogs here are intended to function as internal blogs.]

If you're talking about the one in your Blog tab, this link is what you post offsite: https://www.writing.com/main/profile/blog/stevengepp?rfrid=stevengepp

Onsite wml links don't work elsewhere.
