Write: 750 words a day (5250 words a week). I have done a lot of handwritten note taking this week. I have at least 5.5K this week. Enter a contest. Read: I signed up to read 30 books this year for Goodreads. I am continuing to read Heaven and Earth by Nora Roberts. I am trying to decide which nonfiction book to read. I think I have it narrowed down to Brene Brown's Dare Greatly and Jen Sincero's Badass Habits: Cultivate the Confidence, Boundaries, and Know-How to Upgrade Your Life - https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B085N3QMN8/ref=dp-kindle-redirect?_encoding=UTF8&btkr=1... Work: Get my digital supply bag ready. Still a work in progress. Figure out how to teach online. Remote teaching is a thing from Jan. 5 to 17, 2022. - I have an OT meeting next Wednesday (Jan. 12) to ask questions about this topic. Health: 10,000 steps a day (2x low; 4x high) - I have two days over 10K. The week has been very cold and icy so I have limited my walks. Covid retrictions have also made getting out and about a challenge. Yoga (1 - 3 sessions) a week. I got in 3 x 10 minute sessions this week. Meditation (1 - 3 sessions) a week. I got in 1 x 12 minute session this week. Drink more water - aim for 2 L - I have been doing this. ![]() No food after 8 pm - A few nights have been after 8 pm as I finish up dinner. I have been tracking my food calories in MyFitnessPal and I have lost about 4 pounds. ![]() Try to follow the Cinderella Solution Diet again - doing a modified aspect of this and it's going well. Other: Declutter - 10x100 - 10 minutes a day for 100 days. I have kept up my streak - Christmas declutter has been the focus this week. Get out of the house - 10x100 - I have kept up my streak - getting out for walks, necessary shopping and getting my Booster shot. Movement 10x100 - I have kept up my streak - getting outside for walks has been a bit of a challenge this week so I have shifted to do some yoga. My Blood Pressure has gone down. ![]() ![]() ![]() |
