Attend OT meeting on Wed. Jan. 12 4:30 pm (virtual) to ask questions about remote teaching.
Work as I can. I have 2 days scheduled in ACE classes this week.
Health:
10,000 steps a day (2x low; 4x high)
Yoga (1-3 sessions) a week.
Meditation (1-3 sessions) a week.
No food after 8 pm. Increase my water consumption to 2 L a day. Follow Cinderella Solutions as a modified 'diet' lifestyle.
