Re: 1.Why cannot my edit my item in the Survey anymore?
corado --

You have not included enough information to understand what your question is.

As a guess --

Are you talking about this item --- "DEAR ME?

To edit an item, you click the gear icon at the upper right of the item's page to open the Item Tools menu, and choose Edit Item. When you are finished editing, you scroll to the bottom and save the edit.

If you are doing that, and it is not working, please specify exactly what you are doing, and exactly what is going wrong.

The Word Count utility is also in the Item Tools menu that the gear icon opens. You have to save the item before using the Word Count utility.

However -- Note that entries for the Dear Me contest are not supposed to be put in Survey items. The contest judges are expecting entries in Static items, with the Contest's survey form filled out with the entry's Static item's ID number and anything else the form asks for.

Hope that helps.
