Inline Criticism Option

This may present some challenge on the technical side of things, but I think it'd help reviewers a great deal if we had the option to leave "inline" criticism. As in the body of the writing being reviewed would allow any reviewer to add text directly in to the spots where their suggestion applies, except of course the added crit would be highlighted as such to be easily distinguishable from the writing itself.

Just an idea.
