Where did you find this tidbit? It's not in the WritingML help guide that's available from the front page. I'm constantly learning new, apparently hidden, features.
Of course, what I wanted was the WritingML equivalent of the HTML <hr> tag or the hrule tag from TeX. Alas, there are no analoges mentioned on the WritingML help page, so instead I underlined 31 blank spaces. Surely there's a better way...
