I appreciate the suggestions as always, but if I follow this correctly... you're asking for JUST the pieces of a user tag? If so, providing tags that allow people to put together fake user setups is not something we can or should do for the good of the integrity of the WritingML and user system. Allowing one to craft individual components would open the door to all sorts of bad things with people able to create handles, envelopes and favorite links that don't actually match in username, but mirror real and legitimate user tags.

If I'm misunderstanding what you're asking for, please do clarify.
